The AIT Lead is a technically proficient team leader responsible for promoting and sustaining One Team standards across specialties. This role serves as a subject matter expert, identifying best practices, driving standardization efforts, supporting continuous process improvement, and developing team member knowledge and skills. The AIT Lead ensures consistency, quality, and adherence to established project methodologies while fostering collaboration and operational excellence.

  • Reports to the Manager, Ambulatory Access Capacity Management
  • Works collaboratively with the AIT Supervisor and other operational leaders
  • Provide technical expertise, guidance, and educational support to AIT team members.
  • Serve as a champion for One Team standards, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Participate in sustainability meetings and contribute to the ongoing success of One Team initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to implement and maintain standardized workflows, processes, and documentation across specialties.
  • Monitor compliance with One Team project standards and ensure consistency across multiple service lines.
  • Continuously assess operational processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes.
  • Leverage technical expertise and broad specialty knowledge to identify trends, recognize opportunities, and propose effective solutions.
  • Maintain and enforce quality standards for team materials and deliverables, including:
    • Build documentation
    • Decision trees
    • Sustainability workflows and processes
  • Oversee training, mentoring, and coaching activities to ensure team members adhere to established standards and successfully adopt standardized tools and processes.
  • Promote alignment and consistency among specialty-specific documentation and workflows.
  • Serve as a backup resource for liaisons as needed to support operational coverage during PTO, leave, or outages.
  • Remain actively engaged in One Team initiatives and sustainability efforts beyond Wave 7 implementation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Strong understanding of One Team project objectives, methodologies, tools, and supporting materials.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to evaluate workflows across multiple specialties.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality and standardization.
  • Proven ability to train, coach, and develop team members.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities.

Individual contributors who provide support to an organization, often in direct service, operational, technical or administrative functions. Spends majority of time in the delivery of support services or activities, typically under supervision. Opportunities for progression outside this career stream are typically limited without additional education or significant training and experience.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: 1 year of relevant experience.

Licensure: None.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.

The pay range for this role is $33.94 - $33.94 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
